Digital Production Intern - Ecommerce (Craft Worldwide)

In this role, you will be the key support between Project Managers and the design teams to ensure the successful execution of digital projects. You will learn how to organize, coordinate, and communicate effectively to make sure client requirements are understood and carried out properly.
Your responsibilities:
- Support project coordination from the initial briefing to the final delivery of digital assets.
- Help review and organize briefings to ensure they are clear and understandable for the creative team.
- Collaborate in verifying editable files and technical specifications before production starts.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and help ensure deadlines are met.
- Review final materials to ensure they meet specifications before sharing with Project Managers.
- Contribute to the proper organization and archiving of final assets in internal systems.
What we’re looking for:
- Final-year student or recent graduate in Communication, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Design, or similar fields.
- Advanced English level (both written and spoken).
- Interest and familiarity with the digital environment: display campaigns, emailings, social media, and ecommerce.
- Organized and detail-oriented person with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proactive, eager to learn, with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Team player with strong communication skills.

Internship Conditions:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Duration: 6 months / 600 hours.
- Study grant: €400 gross per month.
- Modality: On-site.
- Required: possibility to sign an internship agreement with the educational institution.
- Horario: Lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 14:00.
- Duración: 6 meses / 600h.
- Ayuda al estudio: 400€ brutos/mes.
- Modalidad: Presencial.
- Imprescindible: posibilidad de formar un anexo con el centro de estudio
