Our story explains who we are and what we do. Desigual was born in Ibiza in 1984, the creative idea of Thomas Meyer, who is today our company’s President. The mission of the Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist is...


Technical management of internal and external recruitment processes, according to the People strategic guidelines and organisational needs by sourcing, screening and recruiting canddiates, in order to attract Top talent while providing excellent experience to the candidates.


Create, develop, implement and manage corporate training projects in order to efficiently share Desigual's internal knowledge, promoting continuous improvement of employees's skills and enabling them to improve their productivity and reach their highest potential within the Company.



As a Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for...


  • Recruitment: give support to managers and business partners by carriying out internal and external recruitment processes to cover organisational needs, in compliance with the People strategy guidelines in order to get the best candidates that fits within Desigual's culture. Define with the manager/head the requirements of the profile to be hired, always aligned with the recruitment strategy established. Publish team vacancies in the appropriate channels for dissemination. Sourcing the passive candidates and engaging them in our process from different channels, such as Linkedin.


  • Learning: design the structure of suitable and effective training courses/programs or projects for employees, managing and developing them, in order to fulfil the learning needs of Desigual employees. Run the whole process of learning, coordination, and follow up.


  • KPIs & Process Efficiency: Analyse and maintain KPIs in recruitment & learning for the assigned requisitions and projects to ensure service level agreed. Identify new continuous improvement ideas (process improvements, etc) to anticipate company future needs.


  • Data & FUNDAE Management: Carry out administrative tasks and record-keeping arising from the recruitment process. Keep updated the learning data base, to ensure we have a correct and specific record of our Employees Learning activities for FUNDAE requisitions.

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role
  • An eye for detail
  • Good communication and stakeholders management skills
  • Advance knowledge of excel
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong analytical abilities and results oriented. Proactive.
  • Strong organizational skills and hands -on approach
  • Advnced knowledge of English
