About the Role

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive and coordinate local digital marketing execution in a dynamic and lean market environment. You will play a key role in translating global strategy into impactful local initiatives across social media, web marketing and community engagement.

Leveraging your digital expertise and strong communication skills, you will design and execute integrated B2B and B2C campaigns across multiple platforms, strengthening brand positioning and accelerating local growth.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to directly influence digital performance, customer engagement and brand consistency in the Spanish market.


Responsibilities:


Digital Marketing Execution

Execute local digital marketing activities in line with global and country marketing strategies

Coordinate digital initiatives across social media platforms and web channels

Support the local implementation of global digital campaigns and initiatives


Social Media & Community Management

Manage local social media channels, including content scheduling, publishing and moderation

Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages in line with brand tone of voice

Coordinate content creation (copy, visuals and short videos) with agencies or internal teams

Monitor social media performance and community engagement metrics


Web Marketing

Maintain and update local website content in accordance with global guidelines

Coordinate basic SEO activities and content optimization

Support digital campaigns aimed at increasing traffic and online visibility


Content & Brand Consistency

Ensure consistency of messaging, tone of voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints

Adapt global digital content to local market needs while preserving brand positioning


Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Monitor key digital performance indicators (traffic, engagement, reach)

Prepare regular performance updates and share insights with local and global stakeholders

Support continuous improvement through data-driven adjustments


Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

Act as the local point of contact for digital agencies and external suppliers

Collaborate with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support campaigns and product launches

Coordinate with IT or web support teams when required


Required skills and expertise:

Practical knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (social media, CMS, basic analytics)

Understanding of digital content management and online communication principles

Ability to apply global guidelines within a local execution context

Accountable for timely and accurate execution of local digital marketing activities

Responsible for consistency and quality of digital content at local level

Accountable for basic monitoring and reporting of digital performance indicators

Autonomy and creativity to analyze and solve problems


Additional Requirements:

Based in Barcelona

English (Advanced)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

Proven experience in Digital Marketing execution
