Grifols S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the IT QA Team, supporting the design and rollout of IT Quality awareness initiatives that strengthen quality and compliance across the entire IT organization.

What Your Responsibilities Will Be

In this role, you will play an active part in promoting a strong quality culture within IT. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the creation and maintenance of a dedicated IT QA knowledge space, clearly communicating the mission, responsibilities, and value of the IT Quality Assurance function.
• Supporting the design and deployment of IT QA initiatives aimed at increasing quality awareness across the IT organization.
• Developing short, engaging, and easy‑to‑understand communication materials (“QA pills”) to explain IT QA policies, procedures, and best practices to non‑quality audiences.
• Assisting in the implementation and continuous improvement of the IT Quality Management System, including reviewing and updating quality policies, procedures, and work instructions.
• Helping analyze, track, and resolve quality events, such as deviations, change controls, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Contributing to GxP assessments of IT suppliers and computerized systems under the guidance of the IT Quality team.
• Providing support during internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
  
  
  

Who You Are

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Data Science, or a related field.
• You have solid knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with innovative technologies and a foundational understanding of Generative AI tools is highly valued.
• You have a strong interest in creating and promoting digital content or building your own communication space.
• You bring a creative mindset, a proactive approach, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
• You have at least a B2 level of English.
• You are driven by initiative, curiosity, motivation, and a desire to grow.
