A Human Resources Executive is responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience while assisting with employee relations.

What will I be doing?

As a Human Resources Executive, you are responsible for supporting and advising management on proper policies and procedures to deliver an excellent staff experience. A Human Resources Executive will also be required to manage succession planning and employee relations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Support and advise Managers on proper policies and procedures
• Manage employee relations issues in the hotel in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability
• Manage HR administration such as contracts, letters and personnel files
• Ensure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines
• Maintain online personnel system, payroll system, and monthly reporting
• Ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to and ensure that appropriate immigration checks are carried out
• Assist in trainings and organization of Team Member social events
• Ensure completion of health and safety procedures following the current legislation
• Work with local organizations and schools to promote the hospitality industry
• Assist and resolve team member and management queries
• Maintain communication with departments involved in the assigned project/activity

• Previous experience in Human Resources or equivalent role
• Basic knowledge in Workplace risk Prevention
• Knowledge of A3 Payroll system and tramits in social security
• Good knowledge of employment law and employee relations
• Previous knowledge of HR software
• Fluent level of English (B2-C1)
• Advance level of Office 365
• Positive attitude
• Good communication and people skills
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
• Excellent grooming standards
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Ability to work under pressure
