Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern to join our Recruitment & Employer Branding Team of Talent & Learning.

In the Recruitment & Employer Branding team, you will have the opportunity to get to know and be in contact with different areas of the organisation, which will allow you to get to know the way we work within ING.

Through this opportunity you will help leaders define their recruitment needs and the best strategy to address them, as well as efficiently and effectively fill vacancies for those needs.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Recruitment & Employer Branding Intern Intern you will:

• Support in the management of the end-to-end process of ING interns.
• Searching conduct active candidate through different University platforms to identify potential talent.
• Manage the initial pre-selection of candidates and telephone pinging.
• Collaborate in online interviews with candidates to deepen their skills and experience.
• Facilitate and coordinate technical tests and additional candidate interviews.
• Support the company's Employer Branding projects (events, job fairs...) to promote ING's employer brand.

• Education: students of Labor Relations, Psychology, Economics, Legal… or similar with interest in Human Resources.
