Influencer Operations Specialist – Marketing

Location: Madrid, hybrid role

Investing.com, the leading global financial news & data platform, is on the lookout to grow our influencer marketing team with an Influencer Operations Specialist. Your role will be to facilitate the operational and administrative aspects of our very global influencer program.

This position will report to the Influencer Program Lead and will help ensure that all influencer-related processes run smoothly — from contract preparation and invoice approval to content coordination and merchandising logistics.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional looking to grow within a fast-paced, international marketing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Contract Management

• Prepare and send influencer contracts across multiple regions using standardized templates and internal tools. (DocuSign)
• Ensure proper documentation, signature tracking, and version control.
• Collaborate with local site managers or legal when needed to support contract compliance.

2. Invoice Review & Payment Coordination

• Review auto-generated invoices in Everflow, verify payout accuracy, and approve them for accounting.
• Follow up with the Accounting team on pending or incorrect invoices.
• Act as the liaison between Finance and local site managers to resolve invoice discrepancies or gather missing information.
• Make sure tiered CPA deals are reported properly

3. Agency Invoice Support

• Send invoices to external US-based influencers or media agencies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

4. Merchandising & Logistics Support

• Manage the coordination, packaging, and shipping of branded merchandise to influencers around the world.
• Collaborate with vendors to delight partners with gifts and bonuses – taking this off the hands of the marketing managers/site editors.
• Grant free access to InvestingPro for influencers.

5. Cross-Team Collaboration

• Act as another point of contact for Global Operations (GLOPS) on small influencer-related initiatives.
• Support additional tasks tied to global campaigns, influencer activation, or local market needs, as assigned.

6. Other operational tasks

• Serve as the main point of contact with the Everflow team.

Your passion for influencer marketing and your ability to coordinate processes across regions will be pivotal in driving the success of our global influencer program.

What You’ll Bring:

• Some prior experience in marketing operations, influencer programs, admin coordination, or related fields.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills – we deal with real people, who tie their brand to ours and rely on our payouts as a main source of income.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (fluency required) – you will work with many people around the world.
• Comfortable working with contracts, invoices, and internal platforms (e.g., Everflow, Google Sheets, Airtable, etc.).
