I. Channel Development

1. Responsible for developing dealer networks in the Spanish market for the automotive brands represented by the company, including Hong, BESTUNE, YOOUDOOO, 212, Forthing, and others;
2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard dealers with strong financial capability and proven sales performance;
3. Lead channel negotiations and contract execution to rapidly establish presence in untapped markets.

II. Sales Target Achievement

1. Own the overall sales volume targets of the assigned dealer network, ensuring annual and quarterly targets are met;
2. Cascade sales targets to individual dealers and establish a tracking, monitoring, and review mechanism;
3. Drive dealers to improve retail sales, deal conversion rates, and inventory turnover efficiency;
4. Develop corrective action plans for underperforming channels and follow up on improvement results.

III. Channel Operations & Performance Improvement

1. Responsible for regional sales network planning, including dealer performance assessment, business enablement, and admission/exit management, to ensure a stable and efficient channel structure;
2. Manage day-to-day operations of dealers and agents, coordinating the resolution of their routine issues.

Qualifications

1. Experience in the automotive industry or in channel/distribution sales;
2. Proven experience in building dealer networks; candidates with successful track records in channel expansion will be given preference;
3. Solid understanding of automotive channel models (dealer systems, regional agency/distribution, etc.).
