You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing the planning function, ensuring projects and tenders are effectively scheduled and monitored.
• Developing integrated master schedules across design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
• Conducting schedule risk analysis, critical path reviews and schedule health checks.
• Validating contractor programmes and sequencing, ensuring robust logic and realistic delivery plans.
• Producing KPI dashboards, lookahead reports and progress indicators to support informed decision‑making.
• Implementing schedule change control processes and maintain accurate reporting standards.
• Facilitating planning workshops and monthly performance reviews, driving clarity and accountability.
• Supporting project teams and stakeholders with clear communication, guidance and planning insights.
• Integrating project controls, including EVM, S‑curves, risk management and milestone tracking.
• Applying knowledge of MMC, MEP interfaces, logistics and site constraints to develop reliable phasing strategies.
  
  

You’ll Need To Have

• Degree in construction or engineering, with strong proficiency in P6, MS Project and schedule management tools.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written communication skills.
• Experience in project scheduling for data centres or high‑tech infrastructure environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, delivering service excellence and effective stakeholder collaboration.
