We’re McCann Spain, a part of McCann Worldgroup, a global agency network delivering culture-shaping work for some of the world’s biggest businesses.

We are looking for an established Social Creative Director to join our creative team in the Madrid office. This role will see you lead our social creative across different clients and be responsible for creating social-first concepts that really lean into culture. Everything from reactive TikTok content to truly impactful social campaigns that change behaviour and perceptions.

Responsibilities

• Create cut-through social ideas for leading clients.
• Follow these ideas through from conception to production.
• Lead excellence in creative output across social campaigns.
• Present and win pitches for national and international clients.
• Push the boundaries for innovation on social platforms.
• Shape the social creative department and its offering.
