What You'll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Effectively resolve inquiries, ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
- Master our client systems and processes during the training program to enhance your efficiency
- Work flexibly from anywhere while staying connected with an enthusiastic global team
- Seize the opportunity to grow your career within a high-performing environment
Who We're Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) to engage effectively with our customers
- Strong communication skills paired with problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable using digital tools and eager to embrace remote work
- Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to learn
- Willing to relocate to Greece for the 3-month training program
