¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Reporting to the Iberia CEO, your main functions and responsibilities will be:

• Lead strategic projects in all different departments of the company.
• Implement change management processes and strategies.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Prepare and present project updates and findings to senior management.
• Identify potential risks and devise contingency plans.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts within the department.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Strategic Project Manager should have:

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic roles, having previously worked in Strategic Consulting Firms.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Extremely organized.
• Problem solver and troubleshooter.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work at all level of the organization.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Ability to think strategically.
• Knowledge of the Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain industry will be a plus.

¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?

• A competitive salary range of EUR 60,000 - EUR 70,000 per annum.
• The final offer will depend on the real experience demonstrated along the process.
