Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused Studio Manager Coordinator to join our team. This part-time is a paid internship, perfect for someone passionate about wellness and fitness, with excellent communication skills and a talent for creating a welcoming environment. The Studio Manager Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service both in person and across our digital channels. Key Responsibilities

• Front Desk & Client Experience
• Greet and assist clients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Manage studio bookings, inquiries, and client communications.
• Handle client check-ins, tours, and provide studio orientations.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the studio’s CRM system.
• Enhance client satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
• Address client feedback and resolve issues promptly.

Social Media & Digital Communication

• Assist in the development and execution of the studio’s social media strategy.
• Engage with clients on social media platforms (Instagram, Tik-Tok, etc.).
• Manage inquiries and communications via WhatsApp and email.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or advanced level of English.
• Proven experience in customer service and/or coordination
• Passion for wellness and fitness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, dependable and a team player.

Working Hours

• Part-time (30 hours/week)
• Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: (6:30 AM - 11:30 AM) 
• Tuesdays: (17:00-21:00)
• Weekends (9:30 AM - 15:00 PM).
• Flexibility to cover other hours when needed
