Customer Sales Representative, localización Barcelona
Objetivo de la posición
Buscamos un/a Delegado/a Comercial con sede en la provincia de Barcelona que pueda transmitir el propósito de Organon de mejorar la salud integral de las mujeres a nuestros clientes y que asuma la responsabilidad de alcanzar los objetivos asignados a su territorio. Este puesto es responsable de la venta de productos de la compañía para la Unidad de Negocio de Atención Primaria.

Esta posición trabajará en estrecha colaboración con otros Delegados Comerciales, el Gerente Regional y el resto del equipo extendido para liderar la estrategia en su territorio y convertir a Organon en un socio de referencia mediante la promoción de medicamentos y soluciones de alto impacto.
Principales responsabilidades
- Debe comprender el entorno, las tendencias, los productos asignados y la competencia.
- Será responsable del negocio y los clientes de los hospitales y centros de salud del territorio asignado.
- Trabajará con diferentes tipos de clientes (atención primaria y especialistas) centrándose en aumentar la confianza y el valor del cliente
- Diseñará y ejecutará un plan multicanal de interacciones y actividades, tomando decisiones alineadas con la estrategia nacional y maximizando las palancas internas del Modelo de Negocio de Organon.
- Conocimiento, seguimiento y aplicación de las recomendaciones de compliance definidas por Organon.
- Título universitario, preferiblemente en ciencias o en administración de empresas.
- Experiencia demostrada en ventas (visita médica).
- Sólidas habilidades de pensamiento estratégico y gestión de cuentas.
- Habilidades analíticas bien desarrolladas para integrar la información local en el Plan de Negocio de su territorio.
- Excelentes capacidades de gestión y fidelización de clientes.
- Experiencia en la gestión de actividades multicanal.
- Mentalidad proactiva para generar e impulsar ideas innovadoras.
- Habilidades de colaboración interfuncional para garantizar la alineación y una ejecución eficaz.
- Altos niveles de empuje, compromiso y motivación.
- Conocimiento de las herramientas de Microsoft Office.
- Fluidez en español, con un nivel medio de inglés escrito.
- Capacidad para analizar, planificar y ejecutar eficazmente.
- Las competencias clave incluyen trabajo en equipo, proactividad, responsabilidad, comunicación, orientación a resultados y toma de decisiones.

Purpose of the role
We are looking for a Sales Representative - based in Barcelona that can translate Organon purpose to our customers to make a difference, and that takes the responsibility of achieving the objectives assigned to her/his Territory. This position is responsible for the sale of company products for Primary Care Business Unit.

This position will work closely with other Sales Representatives and the First Line Manager to lead the strategy in her/his Territory to make Organon become a distinctive partner by delivering impactful medicines and solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- You must understand the environment, trends, assigned products, and competitors
- You will be responsible for the business and customers of the Hospitals and Health Centers in the assigned territory
- You will work with different types of customers (family doctors, cardiologists, ENT doctors, gynecologists, and midwives), focusing on increasing customer Trust & Value (engagement) and allocating visit and activity resources based on the segmentation and target of your territory.
- You will design and execute an activity and call plan, making decisions aligned with the national strategy and maximizing the internal drivers of Organon's Business Model.
- Knowledge, monitoring, and application of the compliance guidelines defined by Organon
- A university degree, preferably in business or science.
- Proven experience in sales is essential.
- Strong abilities in strategic thinking and account management.
- Well-developed analytical skills to integrate local insights into the Customer Business Plan.
- Exceptional customer management and engagement capabilities.
- A proactive mindset for generating and pursuing innovative ideas.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- High levels of drive, commitment, and motivation.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in Spanish, with mid level in written English
- Ability to analyze, plan, and execute effectively.
- Expertise in managing multichannel activities.
