The mission has started. We proudly announce that we are starting the ramp up of our own cell manufacturing in Valencia. In this, the tasks and requirements of Human Resources are varied. HR takes care of optimal process planning around the employee life cycle. This enables the company to systematically use the skills of its employees to achieve its mission and vision. The sub-disciplines of Human Resources are e.g. planning, recruiting, onboarding & retention and the targeted deployment of employees in all areas.

How You Will CELLebrate

• Develop and oversee comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skill sets and knowledge.
• Manage the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs and ongoing learning opportunities across all departments in sync with our operational needs.
• Take charge of the setup and design of the new Training Center.
• Drive cultural development initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, high-performance work environment.
• Ensure our company values are embedded in all our actions, decisions, and interactions.
• Oversee the internal communication process, ensuring employees are well-informed about company updates.
• Develop strategies to improve internal communication and foster an organization's transparent and open communication culture.
• Lead a team of training and communication professionals, providing strategic direction, support, and resources and encouraging professional growth and development.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and other departmental heads to understand the training needs, help build high-performing teams, and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Develop and implement a diversity talent strategy, promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What You Need For Our CELLebration

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. An advanced degree would be an advantage.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive, chemical, semiconductors, or pharma industries, focusing on technical training and blue-collar employees.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of training methods and the ability to shape a positive company culture.
• Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
