Product Manager – AI Maintenance Optimisation (Multiple Levels Available)

Location: Barcelona

Hybrid: 2/3 Days a week in the office

We are hiring Product Managers at multiple seniority levels to support the development and rollout of AI-driven optimisation products that improve maintenance performance, planning efficiency, and operational outcomes.

These roles sit within a growing product and AI function and will play a key part in scaling existing optimisation capabilities and managing new solutions from concept through to adoption.

What You’ll Do

Depending on seniority, responsibilities may include:

• Leading the lifecycle of one or more AI optimisation products
• Scaling existing tools to additional asset types, users, or business areas
• Driving measurable value through improved performance and cost efficiencies
• Partnering with stakeholders to ensure successful rollout and adoption
• Shaping product vision, roadmap, features, and delivery priorities
• Identifying barriers and enabling smooth implementation across teams

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in product management (AI, maintenance, operations, or enterprise tech desirable)
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced, transformation-focused environments
• Technical understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical applications
• Clear, confident communicator able to engage technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in consultancy or complex organisations is beneficial
