Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Head of Sales Iberia, the Sales Manager will:

• Develop the business and maintain close relationship with key accounts: OEMs and Distribution in the region
• Identify, qualify and develop key projects and opportunities
• Build long-term partnerships with customers
• Manage and monitor the sales revenues and sales budgets
• Contribute to market analysis and development of projects/products with cooperation of our local Technical and R&D teams

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering / Refrigeration
• Proven sales experience in a related industry (Heat pumps, Refrigeration, HVAC)
• Service-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Diligent, target-driven and proactive
• Strong autonomy and initiative
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Fluent Spanish and English
