🚀 Sales Development Representative – UK & Ireland Market (Fluent English Speaker)

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) who’s passionate about connecting with people, building relationships, and driving growth. Whether you’re early in your sales journey or looking to take your first big step in a commercial role, this is your chance to grow fast in a supportive, international environment.
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
- Generate leads: Identify and reach out to new prospects via inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn).
- Qualify opportunities: Understand client needs and set up meetings for senior sales executives.
- Collaborate with marketing: Work closely with marketing to nurture leads and improve campaign outcomes.
- Research accounts: Identify key decision-makers and tailor your outreach to their needs.
- Manage your pipeline: Keep CRM records up-to-date (Salesforce experience a plus).
- Learn and grow: Receive ongoing coaching, mentorship, and sales training from experienced professionals.
🌟 What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English speaker (UK & Ireland market focus).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable making calls and engaging with new people daily.
- Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Previous sales or lead-generation experience is a plus, but not essential — we’ll train the right attitude!
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is desirable.
