About the role:

As a Customer Insights Analyst, you will work closely with our clients, leveraging the Tastewise platform to translate business questions into actionable insights. You'll be an integral part of a constantly evolving team, helping develop and test innovative AI capabilities to enhance our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to client briefs, providing data-driven insights that influence key business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine AI features and improve platform performance.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to help shape the future of our offerings.

Requirements:

Must:

• Recent graduates from a research-focused degree (in any field like Social Sciences, Psychology, Business, Biology, Economics) —or any area with a research and critical thinking component.
• Must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Basic research and statistics understanding (qualitative or quantitative), with an interest in applying these skills to real-world business and marketing questions.
• Excellent story-telling skills: able to connect the dots and build clear, engaging narratives from research.
