Are you an exceptional business leader with demonstrated experience in building businesses, managing business processes, and someone with deep industry insight and a network to build relevant partnerships? Our new Web3 Digital Identity start-up will provide services focused on the private sector, with the ambition of becoming a new standard in a wide B2B ecosystem. 


You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital identity B2B platform within the European market and with the potential to spread in the US. You will work alongside the company´s CEO fostering commercial expansion, building strategic partnerships, and overseeing the company´s daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development & Partnerships:

  • Design and implement commercial and growth strategies: identify and pursue strategic partnerships and collaborations with B2B anchor clients, industry consortiums, and other relevant business stakeholders, that enhance the company´s platform, technology, and market reach
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Identify user requirements and translate insights to the tech team to drive product development. Help to create the best possible user experience
  • Maintain deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company


Operations:

  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth
  • Review financial and non-financial results to devise solutions or improvements


Team Management:

  • Build, lead, and motivate a high-performing commercial and operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive individual and collective success
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence throughout the organization


Requirements:


  • Stellar track record in high-stakes business environments, like startups, investment banking, management consulting, or equivalent. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of uncertainty
  • Excels in orchestrating business operations and building robust networks across diverse markets
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills in English and Spanish. Able to engage and influence diverse stakeholders
  • Proven track record in taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty. A go-getter, hands-on attitude to get things done
  • Proved entrepreneurial and analytical mindset in finding solutions to complex problems with limited resources
  • A born leader, adept at steering teams through complex situations toward achieving common goals. Creative problem solver who leads the way and writes the playbook that others will follow
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of blockchain technology
  • High education in business, finance, technology, or related fields
