En TÜV Rheinland Ibérica, buscamos un/a Adjunto/a Gestión de Proyectos en Madrid para reforzar el equipo.

Descripción del puesto

Como Adjunto/a De Gestión De Proyectos, Serás Responsable De Colaborar Con El Equipo Para Garantizar La Planificación, Ejecución y Supervisión Eficiente De Proyectos Clave, Velando Por Los Estándares De Calidad y Cumplimiento De Plazos. Trabajarás Directamente Bajo La Supervisión Del Responsable Del Departamento y Desempeñarás Las Siguientes Funciones

• Apoyar la planificación, supervisión y ejecución de proyectos, asegurando que se alcancen los objetivos y plazos establecidos.
• Participar en la gestión de equipos multidisciplinarios, guiando y apoyando sus tareas y responsabilidades.
• Realizar el seguimiento del progreso de los proyectos y preparar informes periódicos sobre el estado, indicadores clave y posibles desviaciones.
• Identificar, evaluar y gestionar riesgos y aplicar las medidas correctivas adecuadas para mitigar problemas.
• Promover y mantener una comunicación constante y efectiva entre los equipos de proyectos, las partes interesadas y los clientes.
  
  

Requisitos

• Ingeniería Técnica preferible especialidad Química
• Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.
• Más de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos y/o equipos multidisciplinarios.
• Nivel avanzado de Excel (conocimiento en macros).
• Familiaridad y experiencia previa en el sector energético.
