About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Assistant to help us grow our media presence, refine messaging, and support external communications. This is a role for a creative and organized individual who wants hands-on experience and long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist with writing and scheduling content (LinkedIn, newsletters, press releases)
• Help coordinate interviews, partnerships, and PR placements
• Support email marketing and CRM updates
• Contribute ideas for new campaigns and outreach formats
• Research media outlets and track performance of content
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and Sales team on brand messaging

Qualifications

• ✔ English C1/C2 (certification preferred)
• ✔ Freelancer license (mandatory)
• ✔ Based in or near Barcelona
• ✔ Degree in communications, marketing, journalism or similar

Required Skills

• ✔ Strong writing & editing skills
• ✔ Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus
• ✔ Familiarity with LinkedIn content or press releases is an advantage
• ✔ Motivated to grow into a content or PR manager role

Preferred Skills
