In This Role, You Will

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
PMP or equivalent certification in program/project management.

Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Manages multiple projects ranging in size and complexity from single service regulatory/ medical writing projects to large full scope multi-year projects, global projects and/or programs, with minimal interaction from supervisor. This includes proactive operational and financial management of tasks, risk, escalations, and quality from start-up through final deliverable.
- Manages the executed contract and financial aspects of assigned projects/programs. Completes monthly review of tasks completed and backlog. Ensures customers are notified of out-of-scope items in a timely manner.
- Maintains effective communication with the Customer and project team through oral and written correspondence, project status reports, and monthly progress reports. Ensures adequate documentation of each communication.
- Independently prepares information for internal review meetings and proactively manages action resolution to ensure project delivery.
- Maintains and evaluates project progress by maintaining timelines and other tracking/analysis tools. Produces and distributes status and tracking reports as well as functional area plan, to appropriate team members and senior management.
- Networks to acquire new and/or repeat business.

Buscamos varios perfiles de Project Manager o Gestión de proyectos para un cliente del sector asegurador enfocado en proyectos de Canales Digitales
Te encargarás de la gestión de proyectos y seguimiento de hitos, centrado en la gestión y definición funcional en el área de canales de interacción. No requiere conocimiento funcional previo específico
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?

- Asegurar la entrega de valor en los plazos establecidos, manteniendo la alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la compañía.
Perfil buscado:
🎓 Posees un título universitario (o equivalente).
📊 Tienes al menos 3 años de experiencia como Project Manager o similar con metodologías ágiles. Experiencia con CUSTOMER FINANCE es un must (préstamos, créditos y tarjetas a particulares).
🤝 Tu capacidad para colaborar y comunicarte de manera efectiva es excepcional, se requieren muchas soft skills para estar en contacto con diferentes stakeholders.
🔍 Experiencia previa o conocimientos en sector seguros es un plus.
📒 Inglés intermedio (B2) - entidad internacional con interacción con otros países.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Madrid. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Responsibilities include managing project logistics, coordinating inspections, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between key stakeholders. The role requires proactive expediting, efficient handling of logistical operations, and detailed project documentation to ensure seamless execution.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management and Expediting to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
- Experience with Expeditor tasks and inspection processes to monitor project quality and compliance.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to oversee transportation and delivery operations effectively.
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
