Buscamos un/a Modern Workplace Engineer para ser el referente técnico en la gestión del entorno de trabajo digital de la compañía. Este rol es clave para garantizar que nuestra flota de dispositivos corporativos (macOS, Windows, iOS y Android) funcione de forma segura, estable y orientada a una buena experiencia de usuario.
El foco del puesto está en la administración avanzada de Omnissa Workspace ONE, la gestión del ecosistema Apple en entorno corporativo y la operación de Google Workspace como plataforma central de identidad y colaboración.

Responsabilidades Claves
Gestión de Endpoints (UEM / MDM)
- Administrar, configurar y mantener Omnissa Workspace ONE para dispositivos macOS, Windows, iOS y Android.
- Gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de los dispositivos corporativos: alta, configuración, mantenimiento y baja.
- Diseñar y desplegar políticas de seguridad, perfiles de configuración y distribución de aplicaciones multiplataforma.

- Performs diagnostics and troubleshooting following standard procedures, quickly identifies the cause(s) of issues, and replaces faulty components with minimal customer and business disruption.

Buscamos un perfil de Desarrollador Python – Arquitectura GenAI con experiencia mínima de 3 años, especialmente en la creación de herramientas y módulos reutilizables por terceros, así como en proyectos desarrollados desde cero. Capacidad para diseñar implementaciones extensibles que se adapten a diferentes proyectos. Desarrollo de microservicios, principalmente utilizando FastAPI.
• Funciones: Desarrollo de librerías, scaffolds y proyectos orientados a impulsar aplicaciones basadas en GenAI (incluyendo ejemplos y componentes internos). Investigación y revisión del estado del arte en tecnologías GenAI. Soporte a los distintos equipos de desarrollo ante dudas o incidencias relacionadas. Profundo conocimiento en Python, FastAPI y sistemas de agentes (OpenAI, LLMs, MCPs, ...)
