As we continue to expand and onboard new clients, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven individual to join our team.

The Role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to work directly alongside our Client Partnership Director, supporting the management of client projects and ensuring each step of the product journey runs seamlessly. This role will be instrumental in keeping timelines on track, managing day-to-day details, and bridging communication between departments in our Spain office and our product development team in China.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Client Partner Dept in managing client accounts, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Track projects across the full product journey - from concept and design through sampling, production, and delivery.
• Maintain and update project calendars, deadlines, and milestones to ensure smooth progress.
• Collaborate closely with our Product Developer to confirm product details are correct and aligned with client briefs.
• Assist with managing workflow in project management platform (Asana) 
• Prepare client updates, reports, and meeting notes to keep projects organized.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong multitasking abilities.
• Background in project coordination or product development strongly desired.
• Previous experience in fashion, apparel, or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Slack).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Problem-solver with a proactive and professional approach.
• Fluent in English 
• Must have legal residency and the right to work in Spain.
