We're looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead portfolio management across Spain, Italy, Germany, France, and beyond!

What you'll do:Own and steer the portfolio governance and escalation processes across multiple European marketsManage end-to-end project lifecycles—from planning to execution, testing, release, and closureLead cross-functional teams (4-5 people per market) and collaborate across countriesWork in both Agile and Waterfall environmentsUse Smartsheet (or similar tools) for managing projects and portfolios (experience a big plus!)Drive impactful digital programs in data analytics and platform managementBe the go-to for workshops, key project launches, and stakeholder communicationWho you are:Experienced in senior project/program management—bonus if you've worked in data, analytics, or digital platformsComfortable managing teams and projects across different countries and culturesSkilled in portfolio governance, escalation management, and steering committee coordinationHands-on with Smartsheet or equivalent PPM toolsAgile and Waterfall savvyA strong communicator and natural leaderSound like you?
