Buscamos una mente creativa y apasionada por contar historias a través del contenido digital. Queremos a alguien con un punto de vista único, capaz de reinterpretar la joyería desde una perspectiva fresca, entretenida y diferente.

Como creador/a, te encargarás de gestionar nuestro tiktok y una nueva cuenta de Instagram, produciendo videos donde se muestren los productos de Kuurth a través de reviews originales, conceptuales o inesperadas.
Tu misión será transmitir el universo de la marca de una forma más cercana, auténtica y creativa, generando contenido que despierte interés y refleje el espíritu excéntrico de Kuurth.
Responsabilidades
Crear y publicar contenido en formato video (reels) mostrando productos de forma creativa y con personalidad.
Idear y ejecutar conceptos de videos que conecten con el universo de Kuurth
Mantener una narrativa coherente con la estética y el tono de la marca.
Participar en sesiones de ideación junto al equipo creativo.
Analizar resultados y proponer ideas para mejorar la interacción y el crecimiento de la cuenta.
Ser una persona auténtica, curiosa, y con ganas de aprender y experimentar constantemente.
Requisitos
Experiencia previa creando contenido para redes sociales (Instagram, TikTok o YouTube).
Habilidad para grabar, editar y montar videos de manera ágil (aunque no buscamos un perfil técnico, sino alguien con visión e ingenio).
Interés por la moda, el diseño o la joyería.
Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma, organizada y con iniciativa.
Excelente comunicación y adaptabilidad al feedback.
Se Valorará Especialmente
Haber gestionado cuentas personales o de marca con contenido original y creativo.
Conocimientos en edición de video (Premiere, CapCut, Davinci, etc.).
Residencia en Barcelona para poder colaborar presencialmente con el equipo creativo.

The Client Solutions team are responsible for campaign execution and success, working closely with the Brand Partnerships team to deliver a first-class service to clients. Working with the top agencies and brands across Europe to educate and inform about the exciting evolution of TikTok.
In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our platform and our partners, moving beyond simple account management to become a trusted business advisor. You will collaborate closely with sales and product teams to analyze complex metrics and unique platform data, translating them into compelling narratives that maximize ROI. By proactively monitoring campaign performance and aligning platform solutions with client marketing initiatives, you will exceed expectations and secure future investment.
Key Responsibilitie:
- Client Excellence: build and strengthen client and agency partnerships across global stakeholders to drive shared business goals and long-term growth, partnering with Brand Partnerships Manager.
- Campaign Execution: lead full-funnel marketing campaign strategy and own execution, including planning, measurement solutions, reporting (QBR), and performance optimization. Previous hands-on experience with digital ads managers is a must.
- Product Go-to-Market & Adoption: serve as a trusted product consultant, educating partners on TikTok solutions, new features, and best practices, driving the adoption of our products, best practices while working with product teams to troubleshoot technical issues and guide platform strategy.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience as Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Media Manager, Digital Marketing Manager in brand, agencies, media and tech companies.
- Demonstrated experience of full funnel digital marketing and measurement
- Strong understanding of the media and advertising landscape, with hands-on experience in digital and programmatic sales.
- Experience in analysing data and identifying insights to assess campaign performance
- Knowledge and understanding of tracking (Pixel, Events API (CAPI), MMP), attribution (MMM, MTA) and measurement (BLS, CLS, ULS)
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment and adapt quickly to constant change.
- Fluent in Italian and English. High written and oral proficiency in Italian is required as this role will work with regional clients

- Knowledge of self-serve advertising platforms, auction dynamics, and biddable media buying.
