Responsibilities
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

This role is based in our Madrid office.
Responsibilities:
- Grow and nurture creators through both one-to-one and community-wide management and communication.
- Develop quarterly and monthly operation plans to increase creators’ content production, compliance, and monetization on the eCommerce platform.
- Implement tiered management strategies (top-tier, mid-tier, long-tail creators) to maximize ROI and efficiency.
- Analyze creator performance data (engagement, conversion, ROI) and use insights to optimize traffic and campaign strategies.
- Organize online and offline activities to improve content quality and creators’ understanding of eCommerce policies.
- Coordinate with brands and sellers to facilitate creator-brand collaborations and partnerships.
- Manage cross-team communication to ensure smooth delivery of creator-related initiatives.
- Support all creator-related operational tasks when required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong data & analytical skills; ability to interpret performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage multiple creators/projects simultaneously and prioritize deliverables.
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, Consulting & Market Research
- Familiarity with paid advertising strategies and performance metrics.
- Experience in conflict resolution and long-term creator relationship management.
- Experience in planning/executing training programs, webinars, or workshops.
- Prior experience as a content creator is a plus.

Responsibilities
The LIVE Operations team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike. TikTok LIVE campaigns are a critical driver of platform engagement. They help activate the ecosystem, attract and retain creators and their audiences. Campaigns also play a key role in supporting creator monetization.
We're looking for an experienced Campaign Manager for the Spanish market to join our expanding TikTok LIVE team in Milan. You'll know what makes the audience tick and how to engage them through well-thought-out and designed gameplays. You'll work cross-functionally with our creator, agency, and strategy teams to drive platform and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize goal-oriented LIVE campaigns tailored to different creator tiers across Italy
- Lead campaign data analysis to evaluate performance, identify key insights, and continuously improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable gameplay and engagement strategies that boost creator participation and audience interaction.
- Partner with creator, agency, product, and creative teams to design engaging and scalable campaign experiences.
- Collaborate with data and strategy teams to develop dashboards, post-campaign reports, and data frameworks that inform future campaign design.
- Identify and experiment with new campaign mechanics and reward structures to increase audience retention and monetization.
- Support revenue growth strategies through performance tracking and insight-driven recommendations.
- Present campaign outcomes and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or Statistics.
- Strong data analysis and quantitative skills/Excellent mathematical modeling skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to interpret large datasets into clear insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt and prioritize effectively.
- High fluent in Spanish and English written and spoken, due to working with spanish speaking team and clients
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in live streaming operations, and data-driven strategy roles.
- Experience in creator, guild, or streamer operations with focus on engagement or monetization.
- Background in campaign strategy or performance optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and data visualization tools.
- Passion for the LIVE streaming ecosystem and understanding of creator behavior and audience motivation.
