Creator Ops Project Intern (TikTok Shop) - 2025 Start (BS/MS)

Responsibilities
The creator team plays a core role in designing the overall creator ecosystem strategy and execution plan and driving the business to success by win-win cooperation together with the creators and sellers.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities:
- Ownership of increasing the number of both partners with key results and driving high quality partner growth in TikTok Commerce.
- Ownership for channel management and partner communication via lark group, instant messaging and other approaches to conduct account management activities & partner education.
- Campaign & promotional activities support.
- Great communication skills, presentation and problem-solving, enjoy communication with creators and deliver daily support with strong user-driven mindset;
- Assist in conducting & tracking creator campaign & promotional activities; Analyze performance trends, distilling insights that help to improve our creator campaigns;
- Will help the team operate simple OBS livestream, production, and camera-work. Help the team manage branded and creator initiated livestreams for our top creators and celebs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently in your penultimate year pursuing a bachelor's degree, or in your final year going on to study a Masters, graduating in 2026;
- Proficient in verbal and written Spanish and English in order to communicate with local and global stakeholders
- Fast learner and hands-on oriented-able to move things forward
- Good interpersonal skills and analytical skills
- Strong planning skills for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming
- Be enthusiastic, responsible, result-driven and efficient, can work under pressure.
- Internship experience in large Commerce platforms, leading consulting or Internet companies is a plus
- Good understanding of the Commerce industry & its business structure, consumer needs and demand, influencers, social media, live streaming, and digital trends landscape

The EU Marketing Team for TikTok Shop communicates to Shoppers, Creators and Sellers and makes sure more people know about TikTok Shop.
Intro To Role:
The EU Junior Marketing Manager manager will hold a central role in shaping our brand's narrative and ensuring consistent messaging across all B2B channels and countries as well as the timely delivery of assets in coordinating mostly B2B marketing projects across Germany, France, Italy and Spain.
The ideal candidate will have strong ownership, operate hands-on and understand that building the future means you need to be one step ahead.

Coordination support
- Support to oversee localization completion, approval processes, budget fulfilment and further approval processes
- Support local special project completion (in-person or virtual events)
- Support with documentation and reporting
- Develop into first POC for design and copy
- LinkedIn content management across countries
- Ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, tone of voice and resonates with the target audience.
- Coordinate content production schedules and deadlines, work with other departments to gather necessary data and coordinate with localizers (copy) and design from creative team
- Responsible for project documentation and performance/goals tracking content performance on ad hoc basis (will increase over time)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Fluent in local market language (Spanish)
- Proven experience in Marketing coordination or junior Marketing management incl. creative brief management, asset production, documentation
- Analytical skills and KPI-driven mindset
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management across levels
- Very organized and result driven, able to perform at a fast pace
- In-depth understanding of content marketing principles and best practices
- LinkedIn experience
- Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms
- Experience of start-up environment
