About the Team
The TikTok LIVE Operations team is dedicated to optimizing every aspect of the LIVE ecosystem — from content strategy, monetization, and gifting to data analysis, creator education, campaigns, and agency support. Our mission is to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and their audiences.
TikTok LIVE campaigns are key drivers of engagement and revenue, helping activate creators, attract audiences, and support monetization. We are looking for a Campaign Analysis Ops Manager for the Spanish market based in Madrid, to design and optimize high-impact LIVE campaigns. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of audience engagement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize goal-oriented LIVE campaigns tailored to different creator tiers across Spain
- Lead campaign data analysis to evaluate performance, identify key insights, and continuously improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
- Translate data-driven insights into actionable gameplay and engagement strategies that boost creator participation and audience interaction.
- Partner with creator, agency, product, and creative teams to design engaging and scalable campaign experiences.
- Collaborate with data and strategy teams to develop dashboards, post-campaign reports, and data frameworks that inform future campaign design.
- Identify and experiment with new campaign mechanics and reward structures to increase audience retention and monetization.
- Support revenue growth strategies through performance tracking and insight-driven recommendations.
- Present campaign outcomes and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners to guide strategic decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or Statistics.
- Strong data analysis and quantitative skills/Excellent mathematical modeling skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to interpret large datasets into clear insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt and prioritize effectively.
- High Fluency in Spanish and English written and spoken due to working with Spanish and English speaking counterpart
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in live streaming operations, and data-driven strategy roles.
- Experience in creator, guild, or streamer operations with focus on engagement or monetization.
- Background in campaign strategy or performance optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, user segmentation, and data visualization tools.
- Passion for the LIVE streaming ecosystem and understanding of creator behavior and audience motivation.

About the Team
The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.
We are looking for an experienced logistics operations manager to manage the overall carrier performance in France
- Overseeing the logistics operation in France, including (but not limited) to import clearance, courier delivery, warehouse fulfillment, reverse logistics, reverse warehouse; Responsible for end-to-end logistics performance from paid until delivered in different logistics modes;
- Building and managing key strategic relationships with Key Sellers, 3PLs, and Logistics Providers;
- As of the owner of SOP, responsible for operation performance indicator (KPI), deep the root cause of issue, feedback on the expected solution and business impact to solutions, providing short-term solution/support to the biz before long fixing is in place, driving the result until change deployment;
- Conduct market and industry research, develop operation plans to address issues and hedge risks caused by market or policy changes if needed;
- Manage day-to-day operations, track record of high performance and team improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with engineering, science, logistics transportation, or operations management background;
- Excellent understanding of any segment of logistics operation, including (but not limited to) data integration, first mile pickup, parcel sorting, linehaul, courier delivery, return process, and import clearance;
- Solid working experience and relationship in 3PL management, preferably with courier(s) in the FR market;
- Self-motivated and results-driven, analytical and data-driven;
- Fluent in English; Fluent communication in French is also required to better communicate with France merchants and vendors
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid working experience in platform logistics within Europe, with deep understanding and working relationships with major courier companies;
- Fair understanding of e-commerce marketplace operation and governance policy;
- Able to do short-term business travel within Europe and UK;

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, LIVE features, data analysis, creating campaigns and ensuring a fun and safe space for all of our LIVE users.
The TikTok LIVE team is looking for an enthusiastic LIVE Agency Operations project Intern to support the team for 6 months. The Project intern will support the growth of TikTok LIVE agencies in Spain.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for talented individuals to join us as an Intern in 2026. Internship opportunities at TikTok aim to offer industry exposure and hands-on experience.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
- Support the business development team in agency recruitment incl. lead generation initiatives, organizing open day events, supporting agency onboarding through SOPs and contract support
- Support rookie agencies in their growth through the basic understanding of TikTok LIVE by guiding them across operational topics and training them on policies and education & growth tools available
- Provide strategic guidance to agencies with regards to variety and quality of content verticals
Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience related to, comparable to or relevant to the live-streaming or entertainment industry
- Reliable, professional and skillful communicator
- Result-oriented, good data analysis skills and ability to work under pressure
- In this role you will be collaborating extensively with peers and directly with teams based in Spain and across EMEA, This collaboration is necessary to support the development and communicate directly with business partners across the region, and high levels of written and oral fluency in Spanish and English would be beneficial for this role, including an ability to communicate in industry specific terminology with ease.
