Role Overview

We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately at our offices in Mijas Costa (Málaga).

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive professional with a high level of English (mandatory) who is motivated to grow within an international and expanding company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the internal team
  • Coordinate documentation and maintain organized records
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks and financial documentation
  • Support customer service communications (international clients)
  • Contribute to the smooth running of office operations


Requirements

  • On-site (Mijas - Fuengirola)
  • High level of English (C1 or higher – written and spoken, test required)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
  • Previous administrative experience (preferred)
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
  • Solid IT and digital skills
