We are looking for a conducting a motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist & Guest Representative to join our team in Granada. This role involves supporting day-to-day front desk operations and ensuring a high standard of guest experience throughout the customer journey.

The ideal candidate is approachable, detail-oriented, and thrives in environments where communication and service excellence are essential.


Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay, providing support and assistance when needed.
  • Oversee arrival and departure logistics to ensure smooth transitions for guests.
  • Share useful insights about the surrounding area, transportation, dining options, and entertainment based on guest interests.
  • Handle guest communications through a variety of channels, including direct messaging, email, and calls.
  • Input and update booking information accurately in internal systems.
  • Monitor and follow up on special guest requests, late arrivals, or early check-outs.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional environment in the front office area.
  • Coordinate with service teams to proactively address guest needs or issues.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Participate in internal reporting and provide feedback to management when relevant.


Your Background

  • Previous experience in guest-facing roles, ideally within hospitality, tourism, or customer service environments.
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in guest satisfaction.
  • Comfortable managing several tasks at once and adapting to day-to-day operational needs.
  • Confident using digital tools, booking systems, and communication platforms.
  • Professional, friendly, and proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Availability for a fixed weekly schedule, including regular working hours on weekends, with two consecutive days off during the week.
