Export Area Manager

Job description

Deltalab member of SGCP is looking for an experienced Export Area Manager to join our fast-growing international business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of international trade, including developing new export markets, managing existing distributors, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The Export Manager will be expected to have a depth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail. They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. If you have a passion for international trade and the drive to succeed, we want to hear from you.

• Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs with current accounts
• Prospect new markets
• Prepare export offers and quoations
• Establish and manage relationships with international distributors
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
• Address customer inquiries and complaints
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations

• Science background (Degree or higher education)
• Proven experience in export business, preferably in Healthcare and Industry market
• Thorough knowledge of foreign trade regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• High English and French written and conversational level.
• Ability to travel abroad to meet with clients and develop business relationship (30% of the time)
