What will your mission be?

The International Finance Manager will play a key role in managing and supervising the business of the Group's international subsidiaries.

Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for ensuring the efficiency, transparency and integrity of all international financial activities and for providing a global strategic vision that contributes to the company's growth and profitability in international markets.

Main functions:

• International Financial Management: Coordinate and oversee all financial activities of subsidiaries in different countries to ensure consistency, efficiency and compliance with the group's overall financial objectives.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and provide financial analysis to support strategic decision making at the international level.
• Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that the company complies with all international and local financial regulations and stay abreast of regulatory changes that may affect the company.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage international risks, implementing strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities.
• Budget and Planning: Assist in the development of international budgets and strategic financial planning, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• International Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with subsidiaries in different countries to ensure effective communication and collaboration with each other and with HQ, including standardization of financial practices where necessary.
• Treasury Management: Oversee international treasury management, including liquidity, investment and financing.
• Supervision of Financial Teams: Supervise and develop an international and multicultural financial team, ensuring that objectives are met and that the growth and development of team members is promoted.

What you need:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management or Engineering with a Business specialization.
• High level of English.
• Excellent level of Excel.
• Strong technical skills in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and knowledge of financial tools and software.
• Ability to communicate with managers and transversal management.
