We are looking for a Finance & Digital controller for our costumer: Swiss Group.

Direct, control and supervise financial processes; in accordance with legal regulations and corporate policies, with the purpose of providing adequate information that contributes to decision making in terms of quality, opportunity and relevance, safeguarding the company's resources and contributing to the improvement of processes to increase the shareholder value.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE

• Work on policies for accounting and financial processes, ensuring that the application and compliance with the company's standards and policies is maintained, while taking into account deadlines and quality requirements with respect to all Guarantee compliance with the requirements of the internal control system (ICS) and evaluate its effectiveness and efficiency.
• Support and ensure the timely completion of internal and external audits.
• Interact with your counterparts (Group Controlling colleagues, DTX team leads, service/cost center owners, project managers etc.) on a regular basis and provide transparency on actual and projected cost development.
• Work closely with our Project Portfolio Manager to ensure that portfolio information is up to date and in line with latest financials.
• Review investment proposals and provide your assessment from a process perspective.
• Ensure quality data is available to prepare reports for the Management Team, Corporate and Shareholders.
• Evaluate procedures in different areas and be able to link them. Reconcile systems and dig dive proactively to help on the discovery of the generating cause.
• Provide resources for management systems.
•  Create and lead initiatives focused for continuous improvement of our controlling processes, propose processes automation.
• Support the invoice control, cost recognition process, month-end and year-end closing process.
• Colaborate in preparing the company's budget.
• Evaluate financial coordinators activities and monitor the accounting analysts development plan.
