Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Córdoba for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will lead and coordinate operational functions across all three divisions of Elevatio. Daily responsibilities include overseeing logistics for projects and events, monitoring budgets and reports, managing resources effectively, and ensuring seamless collaboration between creative, cultural, and technological teams. The role also involves optimizing processes, handling scheduling, and driving operational excellence to maintain growth and project success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and operational management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple teams and projects
• Looking for sponsors and good communications and presentations skills
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and team collaboration abilities
• Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and logistics management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Experience in creative, cultural, or tech-driven industries is highly preferred
