They must be able to tackle briefs from the very beginning till the very end of the process, be masters at conceptualizing and be able to switch between several types of tone of voices. Covering from conceptualization to execution for advertising, branding, social and experiential.
As a Senior Creative Copywriter, we expect from this person to help our Creative Directors lead the team by inspiring more junior colleagues, challenge briefs and push creativity to the next level.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Creative Copywriter for international brands.
- Strong Portfolio: You are a copy ninja, ready to kill briefs. You manage perfectly both humor, corporate language and emotional tone of voice.
- Oral Skills: You know how to present to clients and have strong oral skills, ideally in both English and Spanish.
- Leadership Skills: You can build boundless teams and demonstrate strong leadership skills and can organize, motivate and improve the creative output of those around you.
- Big Unconventional Idea Thinker: You go beyond the executional or tactical tasks and come up with innovative thoughts that work across all (digital) media.
- Team Player: You are positive, collaborative and a contagious spirit who works well with others.
- Entrepreneurial: You take initiative and proactively come to the table with new ideas to push forward the creative work and develop the client relationship.
- Time Management: You can manage your time and hit deadlines with the best work.
- Cultural Player: You contribute to the culture of the agency and take part in activities that foster the agency spirit.
- Alone or with others: You have experience working independently and/or with a team on multiple competing tasks and demands.
- Zen Master: You are able to provide and receive feedback in a positive and constructive way.
