About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and proactive professional Project Manager to join our team and support the growth of our business. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, combining business development, sales, and project management activities to drive new opportunities and long-term success.

You will play a key role in developing new business areas, managing customer relationships, and supporting the full sales and contract lifecycle from prospecting to execution while collaborating with product development teams to bring new solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities
• Manage and support multiple stakeholders, providing a combination of business and project management support
• Develop and expand the sales pipeline in close coordination with the product development team
• Prospect, contact, and contract new customers and business partners to open new business areas
• Lead discussions with key decision makers regarding new or emerging product opportunities
• Contribute to long-term growth strategies aimed at optimizing mutual profitability across new business lines
• Execute and manage customer contract agreements
• Evaluate and continuously improve the deal processes
• Strengthen and maintain long-term business development relationships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Previous experience in sales is a strong plus
• Advanced computer literacy
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Solid project management skills and a genuine interest in building new business from both existing and new opportunities
• Fluent in English
