- Eleven VMS – Our Vendor Management System (SaaS platform) enables clients to manage their external suppliers with a 360° all-in-one solution—from sourcing and contracting to timesheets, invoicing, compliance, and performance tracking.

Job Description
Starting on January 2026 and as a Product Designer Intern at LittleBIG Connection, your mission is to craft seamless and impactful user experiences that align with our business goals and user needs. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between users, product teams, and technology, ensuring our solutions are both intuitive and scalable in a fast-evolving market.
Your missions
- Design user-centered experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
- Conduct user research, testing, and prototyping to deliver intuitive designs.
- Translate complex ideas into elegant design solutions using Figma.
- Advocate for best UI/UX practices while contributing to a scalable design system.
- Work with a "product culture" mindset, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- First experience in Figma, prototyping, and design principles.
- Understanding of user research, testing, and workshop facilitation.
- Understanding of product culture and its importance in delivering value.
- Ability to align design work with business objectives and user outcomes.
- Great collaboration and communication skills.
- Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
