About The Role

Join a global leader in consumer healthcare, as a Healthcare Support Specialist for the Spanish-speaking market. In this role, you will help customers and healthcare professionals by providing accurate information, product support, and guidance across Haleon’s well-known health brands—all from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support in Spanish and English, ensuring a positive experience for consumers and healthcare professionals.
  • Assist with inquiries related to healthcare products, usage guidance, and product information.
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient case handling.
  • Work efficiently across rotating shifts in a fully remote environment.


Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field is an advantage.
  • Ability to work structured shifts, including late hours (with additional compensation).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and active-listening skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely with good digital literacy.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Compensation Package:

  • excellent monthly salary
  • 50 BGN net monthly transportation/internet allowance
