*Develop and implement regional HR strategy aligned with Group HR's objectives and tailored to the unique needs of the Iberia region and cultural differences across operating businesses.

*Lead post-acquisition HR integration efforts, including harmonizing policies, aligning compensation and benefits structures, and driving cultural integration.

*Provide leadership and guidance on talent acquisition, succession planning, learning & development, and performance management across the region.

*Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in the Iberia region, supporting on organisational change, workforce planning, L&D, and performance management.

*Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations

*Promote a culture of diversity, inclusion, and engagement across all business units.

*Lead and develop a regional HR team, fostering collaboration across entities and ensuring high service levels.

*Monitor HR metrics and KPIs across the region to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

* At least 10 years of experienced HR leader. Experience leading HR across a multi-entity cross-cultural structure and integrating acquired businesses in a Private Equity context is a bonus.

*Deep understanding of local laws and regulation.

*Strong business acumen, strategic and commercial thinking, and an ability to be a sparring partner with regional leadership team and influence key stakeholders.

*Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communication skills in English and Spanish.

*Ability to manage complexity and drive consistency in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

*Displays good judgement and accountability as well as confidence and gravitas, exhibiting a natural people focus while being data/KPI/metrics driven.

*Very high level of English. Available for travel as required.
