Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect & Research: Identify and research potential leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Outreach, and other tools.
• Outbound Outreach: Assist in crafting personalised email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and cold call scripts to engage prospects.
• Salesforce Cleanup & Data Hygiene: Help maintain accurate and updated records of leads and outreach activities in Salesforce
• Sales Enablement: Support the BDR team with collateral, presentations, and case studies for outreach.
• Salesforce Analysis: Learn to use and create Salesforce reports.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and lead generation efforts. Support marketing events and webinars
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s degree or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Genuine enthusiasm for business development or sales; prior internships or relevant coursework are a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional messages, emails, and presentations.
• Curious and committed to continuously learning about Nexthink.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to the team and participate actively.
• Collaborative team player with a positive, easygoing attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Available to work from the office three times per week.
