About The Role

The IT trainee will assist and support the IT department in ensuring the smooth operation of all hotel systems and technologies, maintaining adequate internal controls and ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies and procedures. You will help guarantee the timely completion of system checks, updates, and reports while contributing to the overall efficiency of the property’s technological infrastructure.Your responsibilities will include providing first-level technical support to all hotel departments, assisting with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software, supporting network and systems monitoring, and helping troubleshoot issues related to POS, PMS, office systems, and telecommunications. You will help maintain accurate IT documentation, assist in asset management, ensure proper data backup routines, and support the execution of system upgrades and preventive maintenance tasks. You will collaborate closely with multiple operational departments, assisting them in their daily technological needs, and support the IT team in building and maintaining strong relationships with all hotel teams to ensure seamless system operation and contribute to the achievement of departmental and property-wide performance goals.

Program length: 6-8 months - Start date: March 2026

What You Need To Have

• Currently enrolled in a Hospitality and Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, International Business (Diploma, University studies or Master).
• Fluent in English (B2+ or above)
• Fluent in Spanish (C1+ or above)
• User level of Microsoft Office.
• Passion for sales & marketing management.
• Attention to details, love for teamwork and good interpersonal skills.
• Good organization and planning skills.
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the EU / Ibiza.
