Your Role And Key Responsibilities
This position will be part of our Operations Department, the heart of PowerCo — where innovation becomes reality. This area brings together multiple teams working on the construction of our gigafactory and the different stages of battery cell production. From engineering and design to process optimization and production excellence, Operations is where the future of energy takes shape.
In Your Day-to-day, You Will
- Handle key logistics tasks such as receiving goods, loading/unloading trucks, preparing materials, supplying production lines, and managing empty packaging and waste.
- Operate logistics equipment safely (pallet jacks, forklifts, AGVs, scanners, printers) following internal instructions.
- Keep SAP or related systems updated with basic material movements, stock confirmations, and inventory checks.
- Maintain your work area clean, organized, and aligned with 5S and safety standards.
- Collaborate with logistics officers, production teams, and warehouse colleagues to solve issues and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, material handling, or similar industrial environments.
- Ability to work following clear procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Teamwork, clear communication, and willingness to learn new tools and equipment.
- Experience with SAP, ASRS, conveyors, AGVs, or WMS systems is a plus.
- Driving and handling equipment certifications (MHE) are valued, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in Sagunto. While some teams are currently based in Valencia, operations will progressively move to Sagunto, so we require availability from the start.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
- Experience in automated logistics systems (AGV, ASRS, conveyors).
- Knowledge of stock control or warehouse processes.
