High growth PE backed Manufacturing business looking for a Hands-on, Operational CFO. Not a purely corporate / HQ-style CFO. Comfortable being close to the business, operations, and management team. Used to working in lean organisations with limited layers.

Responsibilities/Requirements

• Broad Finance Leadership (End-to-End)
• Strong across controlling, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial discipline.
• Able to “own” the finance function holistically rather than rely on large teams.
• Business Partner to Management
• Acts as a true partner to the CEO and management team, not just a numbers role.
• Commercial mindset; understands how finance supports growth, pricing, margins, and expansion.
• Experience in Mid-Sized / Entrepreneurial Environments
• Background in mid-sized companies (not overly corporate or bureaucratic).
• Comfortable in entrepreneurial / founder-led cultures transitioning to a more institutional setup.
• Change & Structure Builder
• Able to build structure without overengineering.
• Pragmatic, fast, efficient — “get things done” mindset rather than perfectionism.
• Credible but Grounded Personality
• Senior enough to be credible with investors and the Board.
• At the same time, down-to-earth, adaptable, and culturally aligned with a hands-on environment.
• Location & Commitment Fit
• Willing to be physically present (minimum 4 days on-site).
• Seen as critical for credibility, team leadership, and pace of execution.
