We're currently searching for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Talent Acquisition department of the group and create a big impact on the acquisition of top talents. You're going to have global exposure and be able to find and work with very dedicated professionals in a great environment.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end global recruitment process, with main functions including:

  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand talent needs
  • Continuously communicate to align recruitment process with organizational goals
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, from job intake to onboarding
  • Headhunt, select, and engage with top talent
  • Strive for excellence in candidate quality
  • Conduct interviews and create offers/contracts
  • Maintain candidates informed about the recruitment process
  • Keep tracking of the information in our system
  • Facilitate onboarding with a smooth transition for new hires
  • Participate in other HR related topics
  • Be an ambassador of Sécheron Hasler Group


Requirements

Ideal qualifications:

  • German and English fluency. Spanish and other languages appreciated
  • Master's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) or HR / Finance related fields
  • Passion for quality and search for excellence
  • Good team spirit
  • Excellent communication skills
