We're seeking a strategic and energetic Head of Sales to lead our Electrical Safety Solutions Business Unit's commercial activities across all international markets, managing around 15 to 20 sales professionals to support boosting sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in engineering environments, enjoys building momentum, and knows how to inspire a worldwide team toward ambitious goals.
Global Objectives
- Define the business unit's sales strategy and corresponding action plans, in close cooperation with the technical product line managers, the product marketing department, business development manager and in line with BU's growth strategy.
- Develop and manage the sales team and all sales activities on new and existing products.
- Expand footprint of Electrical Safety Solutions products in existing and new industry sectors and regions.
- Support the product line managers and the marketing department in developing the product economics.
- Drive sales operations and develop sales strategies in line with top management approved budgets and BU action plans.
- Lead promotion, acquisition, and portfolio management efforts.
- Act as Key Account Manager for major clients or delegate as needed.
- Drive, develop, and energize the BU sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and secure achievement of targets.
- Contract management.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to take corresponding actions and adjust were required sales strategy.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Product Management, Marketing, and Business Development.
- Contribute to product and service evolution through market feedback.
- Enhance continuous improvement in productivity, reliability, and transparency.
- Implement IT/ERP tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international sales leadership and sales teams management in electrical equipment manufacturing or industrial B2B environments, with complex technical products.
- Excellent track record in sales growth.
- Technical degree in electrical engineering or in power electronics, ideally combined with additional commercial education.
- Strong knowledge of at least one of the following industry sectors: high voltage, medium voltage, railway traction systems, power transmission & distribution, renewable energy and e-mobility.
- Excellent team management skills that empowers his team.
- Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
- Natural team motivator with a proactive, opportunity-driven mindset.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (Up to 60% of the time) and direct client engagement.
- Outstanding communication, presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to develop convincing communication strategies based on technical rationale.
- Interest and ability to understand DC and AC power systems and corresponding product needs.
- Excellent project management, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Wir suchen eine/n Elektromonteur/in Energietechnik 100% (m/w/d) für unsere deutschlandweiten Projekte im Bereich der Bahnenergieversorgung.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Installation, Wartung und Instandhaltung von Stromversorgungsanlagen (Schaltanlage und Transformatoren) und Elektroinstallationen.
- Umbau und Erweiterung von Schaltanlagen (MS-, DC- und NS- Schaltanlagen).
- Schaltgerätewartung und -prüfung (Leistungsschalter).
- Baustellenbezogene Erfassung des Leistungsumfangs sowie des verbrauchten Materials
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem elektrotechnischen Beruf, wie zum Beispiel Elektriker:in, Mechatroniker:in, Industrieelektriker:in oder Elektroanlagenmonteur:in
- Fachkenntnisse oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik.
- Erfahrung im Bau von MS-, DC- und NS- Schaltanlagen
- Erfahrung in MS-Office
- Interesse an abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeiten in ganz Deutschland.
- Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Staplerführerschein.
- Führerschein für Zweiwegefahrzeuge.
- Schaltberechtigung bis 30kV.
- Sie drücken sich gut in Deutsch aus, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.

We are looking for an Environment, Health & Safety Technician to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe working environment and fostering a strong safety culture within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate safety initiatives in Spain.
You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental policies, conducting risk assessments, coordinating mandatory training programs, maintaining up-to-date records, and implementing best practices to minimize workplace hazards. Additionally, you will collaborate with external occupational health services and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Occupational health and safety plan: Monitor and review the company's occupational health and safety plan, ensuring continuous alignment with national regulations and standards.
- Risk Assessments: Oversee the continuous assessment and execution of workplace risk evaluations across all company facilities.
- Contractor Safety Management (CAE): Ensure compliance with safety regulations when collaborating with contractors and partner companies.
- Internal & External Audits: Conduct audits on site to verify compliance with HSE regulations and identify areas for improvement.
- Health Surveillance: Coordinate with external occupational health services (SPA) to oversee employee health monitoring programs, including scheduling medical examinations and maintaining records.
- Training & Awareness: Ensure HSE training programs to foster a strong safety culture within the company. Ensure that all mandatory HSE training programs are conducted for each job position, maintain updated training records, and ensure all information is kept current.
- PPE & Emergency Measures Oversight: Ensure the proper supply and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and fire protection systems (PCIs).
- Minimum requirement: Higher Technician Diploma in Occupational Risk Prevention (CFGS en Prevención de Riesgos Profesionales).
- Preferred: Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety with specializations in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Applied Psychosociology.
- Additional training in Environmental Management is a plus.
