Sales Training Manager

The Property Group International is an award-winning, multi-lingual real estate company operating across Alicante, Murcia, Almería, Granada, Marbella, and Málaga. With an established international client base spanning the UK, Europe, America, and the Middle East, we specialise in apartments, villas, land, fincas and business sales — including advisory services for high-net-worth investors.
As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to professionalise, structure and elevate the performance of our sales division.
This role is about building a high-performance sales culture — not simply delivering training sessions.
The Role
You will design and implement structured sales training systems that directly impact revenue performance. Your focus will be on improving lead generation discipline, conversion ratios, negotiation standards, closing confidence and long-term client relationship management.
You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the team operates with consistency, accountability and commercial precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & motivation of sales team
- Develop and deliver structured onboarding programmes for new agents
- Design advanced training modules covering prospecting, follow-up systems, objection handling and closing
- Build sales playbooks, scripts and operational frameworks
- Analyse KPIs including lead response time, pipeline progression and conversion rates
- Provide one-to-one coaching to increase individual production levels
- Implement performance tracking systems to drive continuous improvement
- Embed professional standards across communication, compliance and client care
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in designing and delivering high-impact sales training programmes
- Strong understanding of adult learning psychology and performance coaching
- Demonstrated ability to improve measurable sales outcomes
- Confident communicator with strong leadership presence
- Data-driven and commercially focused mindset
- Real estate experience highly desirable
- Fluent English required (additional languages advantageous)
- Degree in Business, HR, Education or related field preferred
