FUNCIONES

- Active support in the construction of various external materials for a selling transaction: teaser, info memo, internal presentations for decision-making committees.

- Active support the preparation of presentations to the investment committees: informative notes (memos) to management in Paris on relevant events.

- Support and understanding of financial model simulations to maintain or optimize viable investment return expectations.

- Support in the coordination of different teams within the subsidiary Spain) (many people involved: finance, legal, compliance, dev, operations, etc.). Follow up meetings, MoM, presentations

- Participation in the construction of the dataroom, then management of the dataroom throughout the process (management of incoming and outgoing documents, access, analysis of the activity of buyers and their advisors, etc.).

- Support and participation in the preparation of due diligence (independently of gathering contracts, part of the sellers' due diligence is premade)

REQUISITOS:

-Some previous experience will be valued (in business development, financial analysis, or a related role within the renewable energy sector).

- Knowledge on economic and technical considerations such as battery systems, hybrid generation technologies, and optimized PPA structures.especially solar photovoltaics, but also wind and BESS.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
