Store Manager – Marbella | Puerto Banus

We are now looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Marbella store, someone who combines a strong commercial mindset with a deep appreciation for design, people, and operational excellence.

Your Role

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and day-to-day operations of the Marbella store. You will lead by example, create an exceptional customer experience, and ensure the store reflects Zoco Home’s brand values.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and operational routines
• Handle scheduling, training, and daily store administration

Who are we looking for

• Proven experience as a Store Manager (in lifestyle, interior, fashion, or premium retail)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer experience
• Proficiency in Spanish and English 
• Need to be located in Marbella
