About The Role

10x Team connects expert freelancers with leading AI labs building next-generation models. We are looking for knowledgeable go-to-market strategists based in the EU or UK to enhance the accuracy, depth, and real-world relevance of AI-powered GTM and business development systems.

What You Will Do

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to go-to-market planning, strategy development, execution, and practical aspects of GTM work
• Evaluate AI responses for strategic soundness, practicality, and compliance with real-world expectations
• Draft realistic GTM scenarios based on your direct professional experience
• Create scenario variations from different perspectives (e.g. GTM strategist, sales leader, marketer, client, or business decision-maker)
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI-generated GTM content
  
  

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content, ensuring it reflects authentic GTM reasoning, business strategies, and practical go-to-market processes. Rather than conducting traditional GTM work, you’ll apply your expertise to help AI systems understand and reason about GTM processes at scale.

Who You Are

• A senior-level go-to-market strategist or business leader with significant professional experience within the EU or UK
• Experienced in advising on, developing, and executing GTM strategies, plans, and campaigns
• Skilled at evaluating content for strategic consistency, business viability, and compliance
• Comfortable working independently and providing structured, critical feedback
• Available for 8–20 hours per week, with prompt availability
