About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Supply Chain Business Partner to lead end-to-end supply chain operations for a Business Unit within our new Supply Chain model.
This is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence, improving service to customers, and acting as the key bridge between Commercial and Operations. As the S&OP leader for the Business Unit, you will shape strategy, optimise resources, and champion digital enablement through Salesforce and connected tools to deliver a customer-centric, data-driven supply chain.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Supported by – and leading – a high-performing Operations team, you will:
- Lead and embed key Supply Chain processes in line with the Supply Chain Operating Model and Blueprint
- Own and lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) for the Business Unit
- Drive end-to-end Supply Chain performance
- Optimise resources with a strong commercial and customer focus
- Lead the implementation, optimisation, and adoption of Salesforce / CRM across the Supply Chain–Commercial interface, enabling full Order-to-Cash visibility
- Build a customer-centric supply chain culture through process, systems, and digital enablement
- Deliver operational excellence, continuous improvement, and best practices across the Business Unit and wider region
- Ensure effective supply planning aligned to integrated sales forecasts
- Set, monitor, and deliver key operational and financial KPIs, including inventory, cost reduction, and efficiency targets
- Identify supply risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Lead change initiatives and support regional and EAME supply chain projects
- Coach, develop, and inspire a motivated, engaged team
Essential Experience And Skills
- Proven experience in a senior Supply Chain leadership role
- Strong background in supply chain operations within a matrix, multifunctional environment
- Proven experience leading or supporting Salesforce / CRM implementations or optimisation, particularly across demand, order management, and planning
- Strong understanding of financial and operational management, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Experience in logistics network optimisation
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing Operations, or similar
- MBA or Master’s degree (desirable)
