- Design and manage the web image, including the creation and control of web content and banners; Oversee stock management, and updates on new products and promotions, ensuring the website remains current and engaging
- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience
- Coordinate, design, and plan marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to market needs and trends; Implement SEO strategies to improve web positioning and visibility; Manage budgets for Google Ads, ensuring campaigns generate a positive ROI
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our reach and engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage email communications effectively
- Develop and manage social media strategies & create and distribute weekly email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
- Content Creation and Design: Use Adobe InDesign and Photoshop to create visually compelling content
- Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to inform marketing strategies and product offerings
- Advanced knowledge of SEO and web positioning
- Proficiency in Google Ads and campaign management
- Strong command of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
- Excellent communication and expression skills
- Analytical skills with a strong customer orientation
- Experience in coordinating projects
- Great sense of aesthetics
